By purchasing any of my products, you must agree to these terms.
By purchasing any product, you automatically agree to the associated terms and conditions, whether or not you have read them. These terms are subject to change without notice, and you are responsible for staying updated with any changes. Violation of these terms will result in your license being blacklisted.
Resource Terms
These terms apply when purchasing a pre-made resource from BuiltByBit or Polymart:
Redistribution Prohibited You may not redistribute any resource as your own, under any circumstances.
License Requirement Using a resource without a valid license is strictly prohibited and will result in loss of support and a permanent ban from the Discord server.
No Refund Policy All sales are final. Refunds will not be provided for any reason.
Resale Restrictions The resource cannot be resold privately or used on servers/accounts that are not owned or managed by you.
Behavioral Clause Disrespectful or rude behavior may result in the revocation of your product license.
Offline Mode Restriction Support is only provided for servers running in online mode. If your server is in offline mode, you must switch it to online mode to receive support. Issues caused by offline mode will not be addressed.
Discord Partner System If you use the Discord Partner system to allow someone else to receive support on your behalf, you must notify the staff when that person no longer works with you so they can be unlinked from your account.
License Transfer for Server Sales If you are selling a server that uses any of my setups or configurations, the new owner must obtain a valid product license. Join our discord server to access support
Confidentiality Sharing private server details, such as plugin names or server files, on Discord or any other platform is strictly forbidden.
Negative Reviews Policy If you submit a negative review without first seeking support for a bug or issue, your review will be reported and removed.
Ownership Rights Purchasing a resource grants you a copy of it. Modifying or adding additional content does not transfer ownership rights.
Support Limitations Support is only provided for core features of the resource. Assistance with new feature additions or custom modifications will not be offered.
Server Ownership Upon launching a server with the resource, you are the server owner. "Abasing" remains the owner of the development, setup, and configuration files.
Creation of New Products You are not permitted to use any of my resources to create a new product for resale.
